Can anyone help me identify this hallmark please?

This is the hallmark I found on my ring, but I'm unable to identify it. It also has an other one 750 31, which I'm guessing means 18ct and I don't know about the 31.
If anyone knows what the hallmark says and where it's from please let me know.

Sorry for the late reply people, I managed to fix the issue with the link.
Above is the hallmark I found on my ring, is there anyone here that could help me identify this marking? It also has an other one 750 31, the 750 is the 18ct gold but I don't understand what the 31 stands for.
