10k White Gold (b) RSA - help

I recently just got this beautiful new white gold bracelet but it’s stamped 10k RSA OR BSA I THINK ITS R... And then “b” inside of a circle. Please help me identify.

Hi,
Perhaps RSA is for Republic South Africa, 10K white gold has a low purity and contains about 41.7% gold (10/24ths). The B in circle could be factory/retailer/maker's mark.
