Help with gold hallmark please, possibly French

Hi, Hoping someone can help me identify the hallmarks on this 14K ring, rose cut diamonds & topaz. I was told the ring is French. I took at least 50 shots but these are the best photos I was able to get, not very good I know... Thought I would take a chance & post them in the hope that someone might be able to interpret them. Thank you in advance for looking.

Hi Nancy,
You will have a far greater chance of getting a response if you embed your images. Very few people will click on links.

Hi,
Have cropped and embedded one of your images. Marks are not French. Was thinking of Portugal but cannot see numbers for fineness.Marks are blurred and not well struck, no sharp contours.
Let`s wait.

Hi, Thank you for helping with the photo. I'll continue to experiment with ways to get a clearer image, I've tried magnifying glass, loupe, not much success. (:
