Need help to identify Russian or Latvian gold ring

Hello,

I have a rose gold ring which is hallmarked on the outside with head and '585' but no other additional marks. I think it's Latvian but I'm not sure as everywhere I've been reading that Russian gold standard was '583' and not '585'.

I would really appreciate any help with identifying and dating this ring.

I can't help much, only to confirm the mark is Latvian and 585 (14 ct) the correct standard used in that country.
