Unique unknown Makers Marks Antique ring (?)

Hello,

Inherited this ring from my Aunt. She traveled accross the world. This ring is unique and antique, have not come accross any ring like this before. Please help me in Identifying the MARKS on this ring and possible origin. Thank You SOO much for your help!!!
