Italian 18 K bracelet ``262 VI`` and ``JALE``
Most probably bought in Trieste in the 60`. Tested for 18 K gold. Unknown maker, both the number 262 registered in Vicenza and ``JALE``. The background is not an official lozenge, suspicious about it, but have seen Italian gold not strictly following the legislation (e.g. 255 VI).
Thank you for looking and helping.
Regards

Hi AG2012,

262 VI was registered to Fabbrica Oreficeria Bijouteria Jale of Via Cantarane 13-15, Vicenza. They registered on the 13th February 1959.

I'll add the details to the Italian registration numbers topic later today (hopefully!)

Hi,
Thanks a lot.Should have searched myself having in mind how busy you are.
They seem to have had a factory in town of Malo, Vicenza province. There is something else at the address now.
Had to make sure about 18 K, everything is OK in spite of odd looking marks not being in a lozenge.
Thanks again.
Cheers
