Help please on old gold ring.

I have just been given an opal and ruby ornate gold ring and would like some information on it. I have searched online for the makers mark but got nowhere. I will try to describe the hallmark, KR 9 375 sideways anchor Z which is a small thick letter in a square angled box. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you. If pictures are needed I will try.
