5 ct Diamond Pendant in 14KP with GI makers mark?

This is a gorgeous Pendant in 14KP- Plumb gold with about 5 carats of amazing diamonds. It is marked CI? Can anyone tell me who this is?

I think it is GI! I blew up the picture and it appears to be a GI. Any information is appreciated.
