Italian jewellery hallmarks, 'Fab' stamp?

Postby Wolfrott » Tue Apr 14, 2015 10:16 pm

My mother purchased this white gold hallmarked ankleg in Italy nearly 30 years ago, and for the life of me I cannot figure out what the two remaining hallmarks mean, besides that ''750' defines the gold purity.

Welcome to the forum. Here's a link to a page on this site that explains official Italian marks: http://www.925-1000.com/Fitalian_marks_01.html

I believe this information applies to the manufacturer of the necklace: Fab S.N.C. Di Adriano Gobbetti & C. Via Linate, 13 36030 Caldogno (VI)

Thank you very much :) That helps a lot! I am sorry that that page did not turn up in my earlier search.
