i have looked everywhere, including a few jewelers and no one could identify this hallmark.
Not that i am experienced but i think the 3 means it's low karat and the F identifies the place it was marked, but besides that i don't know
It looks like a mule to me, what do you say?

Tank you!

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
It's Moroccan, 18ct. The 'F' identifies the city of Fez.

Wow man thank you, I have been looking everywhere for it and jewelers have made lots of tests and couldn't find out what it is, another weird thing is that it has two equal marks one beside the other.
I know I'm asking a lot, but do you know where I can find more about it, like images and such?
Thank you

There you go:

If you can return the favour with a real sharp image (daylight, no flash, macro) of both the marks for our records, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much, I will do that as soon as possible, currently is getting dark so for the daylight I will have to wait until tomorrow

Hi Nikfun,
That's great, many thanks. It's a mark I don't recall seeing before, and now I'm curious as to why it was struck twice. Hopefully someone else has some thoughts.
Thanks again,
Trev.

My friend says that usually they have two marks, one by the maker, and the other from the Assay Office, what if the assay office is the maker?
i understand as much as this as rocket science (actually i understand more about rocket science) so this mau seem really stupid, and my friend understands as much as me so... just putting it out there, you seem to have a lot of knowladge on the area because i have been asking jewelers and noone could find out
not even if it is really gold, because the bracelet didn't test positive, nor negative on the tests
