Help wanted on KW mark on Eastern European cufflink

I have a pair of Eastern European gold cuff links which have a KW maks on a shield:
The cuff links originated in Russia or Poland and came to my family around Russian Revolution. I have been trying to obtain information if the KW could be a mark of Konstantin Wäkevä or Karl Werlin, but have not been able to get any reference to these.
I would appreciate any help.
