Unknown makers mark on cameo ring

I have tried to figure out the makers mark on this ring for about 3 weeks now and still I have come up with nothing the mark is on the ring which is part of a matching earring and necklace set from the looks of it the mark seems to be SECA or SECO but not sure so here are some pics hoping to crack this on if possible

Well ive done some more research and I believe I found the maker.

Stein & Ellbogen Co. Of chicago Ill. They used the SECO makers mark starting in 1908. Now im researching when the specific mark was used. According To trademark Registration It ExpiredIn 1986 But they Had several marks used
