Italian goldsmiths makers registration number 34

Hello....Saw your site while trying to figure out a registration number for a 18k Gold necklace....It is the mark without the star and is the number 34 with what looks like the initials Mp or MI....I could not find any information on this maker.....Thanks in advance for your help ! Your information is very helpful !
