Enamelled Arabic Gold Koran Locket

I purchased this a while back, and from my research I believe it originally contained a tiny Koran (it was empty when I purchased it). It tests as 18K, and is stamped with some letters or symbols in a few places, but I could not find any Arabic gold hallmarks to compare it to. I was able to find 2 or 3 similar items listed on the web, but none offered any more info than what I've got here. I cannot read the Arabic script, so I'd really like to know what the inscription says, and if anyone recognizes the hallmarks. Also curious to know an age & country of origin, and if this type of locket has a specific name.
So- really, I'd appreciate any info, even just a translation!
