I am hoping that someone with more knowledge than I can help me identify the mark on this 14k gold ring with a large turquoise surrounded by pearls. I tend to think it is a high end ring, but I honestly have no idea. The mark appears to be a 7 above a 3 with branches (olive?) on either side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
