Need help with Gold Snake ring Hallmarks

I am out of options on identifying this ring. I have gathered these facts and opinions. It is 18k. It was handmade, the diamonds on top of the snake head are rose cut, the eyes are rubies. It could be from India or Middle East. The middle mark is thought to be a stork, the third a candlestick, a Cobra, or a sword hilt. Each mark has a dot in the upper left hand corner. The closest I have seen is the frame around the marks which is similar to the silver marks example for Iraq on this website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have found some additional info. The middle mark is an Ibis rather than a stork. And I feel certain it is Egyptian. If I am correct I also believe it is dated after 1946 due to the third mark changing to Arabic at this time. Please give any information you may have or if you can point me in the direction of reference material that would be very appreciated.
