Help with hallmark

Hi,

I have been given a small gold garnet ring by my grandmother, the ring was bought for her in 1940 secondhand.

She is originally Lithuanian so I am not sure if the hallmarks are Lithuanian or not?

Please can anyone help identify the place this was made and the date.
