PB - ?
AP56 - this must be 56 zolnicks, assayer Alexander Romanov, i think?
Is PB assayer Rudolf Würst?

Yes. It is Petersburg, 1908. Assay master Alexander Romanov. Fineness of gold is 56 (zolotnik)

РВ (Cyrillics) is a mark of the manufacturer. Most likely it's Rudolf Weide.

Weide rudolf Konstantinjvich (born in Revel) - goldsmith , from 1874 to 1915 owned gold and silver workshop: Nevsky pr., 74.
