Help with mysterious hallmarks

Hope the images are good quality, i have these hallmarks which i cannot identify. im guessing, the 0750 in lozenge is 18k gold. its the other mark im having trouble with, please can anyone help me. i thought it was a dutch hallmark but i dont think it is.
