Need Help with ID on 2 pieces - going in circles!

I have two pieces with marks on them that I can't identify despite running in circles all over the same websites looking at lists of marks!

One is gold with a pair of interlockings "c"s like the Chanel symbol with 14K on one side and a Rolex crown on the other
