It seems to be Spanish - assayed in Madrid.
Hello
Welcome to the Forum.
Thank you for yours attempt to explain and ask in English - our knowledge of Japanese language and script is very far beyond.
It seems to me, that yours ring is of recently Spanish origin, and assayed in Madrid (hence the »M1« indication).
The ring is of 750-1,000 fineness of Gold. In the past until now also called to be of 18 carat fineness; but that isn't any more an official indication everywhere on the globe.
Antique sellers use this past time term - because the past trade used it, and on their antique items it's indicated in that manner.
Maker I don't know; sorry.
Kind regards silverport
