Can you help me identify this mark? Unicorn Eiffel V 375 Man

This mark appears on a Gold bracelet that belonged to our grandmother.

The mark consists of five elements, a group of 3 heavy stamps consisting of
- a unicorn or chess knight head
- the letter 'V'
- an eiffel tower
and then 2 lighter stamps
- 375 (9 carat)
- picture of a line drawn man.

I would really like to know its origin and maker. Hope someone can help.
