Help please with 14K White Gold Maker's Mark

This Brooch appears to be custom made and is marked in at least two places with the 14K mark.

The image below shows only a partial content mark as well as a maker's mark.

I believe though the maker's mark is intended to be three stars side by side with the centre one being larger.
