Hello.

That maker's mark was used by Stephen Henry Deakin and John Horace Francis ( Deakin & Francis ) of Birmingham.
They had marks entered at both London and Birmingham.
This is one of the firms London marks.
Became Ltd. in 1902.

Nine carat, London, 1907.
