Unidentified Gold Watch Mark

We found this watch in my mother's effects. It may have been my grandmother's who is of European descent. I have unsuccessfully searched for the unique mark. I can at least identify that it is 14K but have no idea what the two roosters or the ww signify. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
