Information on rose gold intaglio ring

Hello, I have a rose gold intaglio ring (I think it's either topaz or quartz) with gold leafing and a small diamond. The carving is of a bird on a branch with a nest.
The marking is a little worn, but seems to show two arrows going through a shield (?), crisscrossing and pointing right.

Any guesses would be much appreciated! Thanks!
