Need help, unknown hallmark on sterling footed bowls

Postby pinusa » Fri Nov 02, 2007 7:35 pm

Can anyone help me to identify these bowls? I can't find the hallmarks.
Eagle's head facing right, possibly letter 'B' and kneeling man with torch ??

Thank you

Hello. Sure looks like a B, but it's actually a D.
Check out Dunkirk Silversmiths here:

Patrick

That's it. Thank you so much for your help (saved me another hours of research).

Peter.
