Need help, please with hallmarks on child's tablespoon

Postby jillyjim » Thu Nov 01, 2007 7:56 pm

Hello.
We believed that these hallmarks were American until recently when a friend commented that they looked French.
We've both looked through a X20 loupe and they are just not clear enough to identify.

Any assistance will be much appreciated.
