Need Hallmark Identified

Need the hallmark on this candy dish identified. I cannot find it in the "W" section of this web site.

This dish is about 5 inches in diameter, stands 2 1/2 inches high and weighs 86.6 grams.

The hallmark was difficult to focus on (at the bottom of a narrow column) so I made a crude sketch. Hope it helps.
