Sterling Postage Stamp Holder Unknown Hallmark

This is an older postage stamp holder with a hallmark I am unable to identify.
The holder approximately measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 3/16".
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello. I believe that mark was used by Fairchild & Company, New York City.

Founded in 1837 as Randall & Fairchild. Out of business c. 1922.
Changed names several times over the years.
