Item must be marked "Sterling" or "925"

I need help with one more mark.

This is also a shot glass set. I'm not sure of the mark but I think it say's: Juality or Guality I just can not make out the first letter.

Hello. That mark looks very similar to one used by P.H. Locklin & Sons (c.1920-1930).
There is a script L inside the figure.
I believe the first letter is a Q for quality.
