Help ID Sterling marked script "D"

I have some spoons and a gravy ladle in this pattern. I don't know the mfg or pattern.

Any help is appreciated. If I don't thank you promptly, it is because I'm going out of town in a few days, and will not have internet access where I'm going -- it isn't that I'm rude or take your assistance for granted. I will be returning on Labor Day.

I'm going to have to buy a silver mark book. Can you recommend one? For porcelain, I like Kovel's, but I have no idea what to get for silver.
