Gilt tongs

Here is a nice pair of tongs with gilded claw bowls.
Does anyone know the maker and date?

Hard to say for sure, but that could be an International Silver Company mark.

Can't help you with their age.
International Silver has used that mark for decades since 1898.

The pattern, "Trumball" was intro'd in 1908, but have no idea how many years it may have been in production.
