Wine Glass Coasters (I think) mark

I hope this is the correct forum to post to. Looking to identify mark on these coasters. Can date to at least the 1940s. There is an arrow going through the mark, but I couldn't find it on any of the published marks. Thanks.

I believe that's a sterling mark used by the Webster Company, North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Check Here:
