UNKNOWN MAKER~PICKLE FORK

I have looked through the archives and cannot find this mark. Any help would be appreciated as the the maker and year. Sorry for the glare....I tried fifty billion times to get it right! It is a circle like shape, I cant tell if any letter is inside of it. There is a three pointed fleur di lis type design on top and bottom of circle. Thanks ~sharon
