Unidentified diamond shaped silver mark

I hope someone can identify the mark on this sterling bread and butter plate. I'm told it's American. A vertical diamond shape and inside that, stylized letters that appear to be OR or DR?

Otto Reichardt Co. of NY, NY, apparently in business from early 1920s into the '60s.
