Hi, Everybody!

We have what I think is a sugar caster, maker unknown. I looked under the unlettered and difficult marks section and couldn't find this mark. Getting a good photo of it is mighty difficult, so what I've put up is the best I could get. Under the loop, it looks almost like some kind of sword, but not really because there appear to be "balls' at the ends where the point ought to be....

Anyway, any help and insight would be greatly appreciated!

Wow! I just can't seem to make out the mark at all. Ran through a couple of pattern books rather quickly, didn't find it, entirely possible that it's not a line pattern. If it's somewhere around 4-1/2 to 6 inches, would be a bon-bon/nut spoon, a sugar sifter would have a series of holes or pierced openings across the entire bowl. Pretty piece.
