need help for maker and date

Here is another one Silver dip pen which keeps me puzzled. I cannot trace the maker. Please look at the pictures and if anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

for those who are interested, could find that the maker is HAYDEN MANUFACTURING CO, NEWARK, NJ active between 1892 and 1909.
