Need help to identify these Maker's Marks and pattern. This bon bon or nut spoon measures 4-3/4" long. It reads Sterling Pat'd. Thanks!

Here's the marks on your picture.
Looks like a mark used by the William B. Durgin Company.
Sorry, can't help with the pattern.

Fairfax pattern by Durgin (div. Gorham), introduced in 1910, later produced and marked as a Gorham pattern.
