Does anyone know what the hallmarks are on this silver bowl.

J.E. Caldwell, Philadelphia, Pennsylvannia, was a famous retailer. The Watson Company, Attleboro, Massachusetts, made your bowl. They started using the mark on your bowl in 1910.
