Help - Bumblebee mark mystery - sterling 398 925/1000

I have a pair of 8” candlesticks from my mom’s sterling collection. It’s the only maker’s mark I haven’t been able to identify. It’s a bumblebee with the stamp sterling 925/100 398.

Envelope please...and the winner is Adelphi Silver Plate Company New York, New York (1890-c.1915). Did make sterling. Source: Rainwater & Redfield Revised Fourth Edition pages 21-22.
