Sterling Teaspoon Wm Kendrick's Sons - Maker?

I have a couple of bright cut sterling teaspoons with an unknown sterling mark, "STERLING", and "Wm Kendrick's Sons" on the reverse of the handle. I assume Wm Kendrick's Sons was the retailer and I am curious as to the maker. I have attached photos, some under 10x magnification.

Any help is appreciated.
