Hi,
The spoon was made by Wendell Manufacturing Co., Chicago, Illinois.Founded by Charles Wendell, it took its name in 1885 and was incorporated four years later. They made flatware but the flatware line was discontinued in 1900.
The image of Paxinosa Inn,Easton, Pennsylvania, is hand engraved. The building was completely destroyed by fire in 1905 (see my picture bellow).
One can speculate whether the spoon was engraved before or after the fire;most likely not engraved by Wendell Manufacturing Co,but again,it`s a speculation.
