Hi,
Bell Brothers Co.located in state NY,not to be confused with Bell Trading Post Albuquerque, NM.
There is similar siver clearly marked BELL BRO'S CO. 925/1000 STERLING with a bell trademark.
There were Bell & Brothers, San Antonio, Texas, but much earlier and without bell mark.
Hopefully,more knowledgeable member will clarify.
Regards
