Origin and era of spoon 2 of 2

Hi - this is my second spoon I’m tryst night to research the origin and Era. I can’t find clear marking on the spoon. It looks like there may be a lot of writing on the stem but can not read anything clearly. The spoon is 8 3/4”.the markings in the back might look like Japanese. I greatly appreaciate any help. Thank you.
