Possible bird with head facing right, letter A, & anchor—need help identifying maker

I have a set of flatware bearing the words Sterling & Patent, with the flower design engraved on both sides (front of the flowers on the front & the reverse of the utensil showing the back of the flowers). The first mark could be a bird or a crown, but pretty sure letter A & an anchor come next. Need help identifying the maker & the name of the pattern.

Hi ~ welcome to the forums. For future reference, a much more clear image of the mark is usually necessary, but I know this pattern well - it is Alvin's Orange Blossom (Old), introduced in 1905 - please look here for Alvin marks and an example of your pattern:
