Anyone seen this mark? Are my spoons silver?

Hi I was wondering if anyone has seen an "0" or oval mark? Its a tiny seemingly very old pair of little spoons. The mark is very clear and twards the base on the back. Everythingat home points to silver, I found In the basement with bunch of other silver and silver plate items
