Small silver fork

Good Evening
Obtained this little fork a will ago. It is 11mm long and is marked STERLING. In front of sterling it looks like a Fleur-de-lis and after initials that looks like DJ. Any information on who made it and its ages and origin will be welcome.

Dominion Jewelry souvenir fork - it's missing a small enameled plaque at the top...
