I'm looking to find out what pattern this is, and approx. when it was made. Not shown is the coffee pot and a large tray, matching, in sterling as well. The insulators are ivory.

any help appreciated...
regards, mitch

While I'm sure I've seen this design before, don't recognize it as a named pattern- not all pieces have a pattern name, especially true of holloware. Hopefully, since you seem in a hurry for information, someone else will happen along soon who does know it as a particular pattern, if not, then when my schedule allows, will take some time to run through my references to see if I find it illustrated anywhere, named or unnamed. The 'A' prefix on the production codes of your set was put in use in 1898, and was out of use by 1932, so it would have been produced in that period, also corresponding to the era that style of Gorham trademark was in use - unfortunately, Gorham was inconsistent with their date codes, but by style, would guess production was probably in the earlier part of that dating window...
