Hello, I have a loving cup with what looks to be the leopard head and letter B. I haven't been able to date the letter. Also is it possible to identify the maker without a hallmark. All input is greatly appreciated.

Hello Kanman82,

I'm unsure why your pictures aren't showing as I'm new to the forum myself. I have copied your urls into my browser and examined the photos. It's a most unusual loving cup of mixed metals including sterling silver.

The maker is Thomas G Brown and Sons of New York. You can find more details for yourself including the approx. age by looking here:http://925-1000.com/americansilver_B6.html

Cheers,
Steve

Nice piece - stag-horn handled tygs were popular presentation pieces around 1900, give or take a few years either way, Gorham made a number of them, including some of gilt-lined copper with silver mounts, similar to yours...
